Nicole Locey, owner and third generation pool industry professional, took over the business after her father Paul passed away. With over 30 years working at Locey Swim & Spa (starting at age 13 cleaning filters), Nicole understands every aspect of the pool business from equipment maintenance to customer service. She started by cleaning and repairing filters and equipment customers brought in. Once she got brave enough, she moved to the counter, but her father Paul wouldn’t let her wait on customers until she could count back change. That early lesson stuck with her: precision, competence and genuine care matter in everything we do. Her sister Michelle assists with bookkeeping and data entry, continuing the family tradition.
